Shipping policy
For UK parcels, we use Royal Mail Signed For and Special Delivery for express deliveries, both of which require a signature on delivery.
For overseas parcels, we use a combination of Royal Mail and other couriers. We will email you to let you know when your order is dispatched, which will include the parcel tracking number so you can keep updated with its progress.
Standard Delivery (Approx. 3-5 working days from dispatch) - £3.95 (Free on orders over £100)
Express Delivery (Approx. 1-2 working days from dispatch) - £6.95
International Tracked & Signed (Europe) (Approx. 4-5 working days from dispatch) - £16.95 (Free on orders over £200)
International Tracked & Signed (ROW) (Approx. 6-10 working days from dispatch) - £18.95 (Free on orders over £200)
We aim to dispatch all items within 2 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Please note that on rare occasions during peak times this may need to be extended.
Pre-Orders
On occasion, such as when launching a new collection, we may run a pre-order. These items can take anywhere up to 12 weeks to be delivered. Pre-order items are not held in stock, and are therefore unable to be delivered any sooner (Sorry, we know you are excited to receive them!). Once we receive the items to our warehouse, we will confirm a dispatch date with you.

Customs Fees
International orders will be subject to duties fees and taxes once the shipment reaches your country.
These fees are NOT included in the shipping cost.
Wilde & Cub cannot control or predict these charges, it is the customers responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance and local taxes.
In the case you refuse to receive the order because of the unexpected additional fees, Wilde & Cub reserves the right to charge both departure and return shipment costs, as well as the additional fees generated by customs.
*Please Note* We cannot be held accountable for any delays with our carrier once an item is dispatched. Due to Covid-19 (and brexit if international) there may be some slight delays with your order reaching you. We cannot offer a refund or replacement until 4 weeks have passed since the dispatch date.
