Where do you ship?

• We ship both locally in the UK and worldwide.

Shipping times?

• The time it takes for an order to ship is dependant on the parcels destination and the shipping option chosen

Shipping cost?

• UK Orders over £100 receive free shipping.
• Worldwide orders over £200 receive free shipping
• All other orders will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Please see our shipping page for full details

How can I return my order?

• Please contact us directly at info@wildeandcub and let us know your name, email address, order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for return.

Can I exchange my order?

• If you would like a different size or colour, please return your original purchase following the information in our returns policy above and then place a new order online.

Do I have to pay customs fees?

• International orders will be a subject to duties fees and taxes once the shipment reaches your country.

• These fees are NOT included in the shipping cost.

• Wilde & Cub cannot control or predict these charges, it is the customers responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance and local taxes.

• In the case you refuse to receive the order because of the unexpected additional fees, Wilde & Cub reserves the right to charge both depart and return shipment costs as well as the additional fees generated by the customs.

• A refund for the remaining amount will then be issued as per our refund policy which can be found here.

How do I wash my clothing?

• All of our pieces should be washed on a gentle  30°c cycle  – Do not tumble dry – Low iron

Can I tumble dry my clothing?

• No, we do not recommend tumble drying any of our clothing. 
• In order to look after the natural fibres, please hang and allow to dry naturally.

Am I okay to Iron my clothing?

• Yes, these items can be ironed but we recommend using a low temperature.
