Refund policy
Returns
We want you to love your products as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes you change your mind.
We are happy to accept returns within 30 days on most items (See below for exceptions) as long as the goods are in perfect original saleable condition as they were received; Unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
Please get in touch by emailing us at info@wildeandcub.com to organise your return. Let us know your name, email address, order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for return.
Once we have received your items, we aim to process returns within 48 hours (Not including weekends and bank holidays).
Faulty Items
Very occasionally items may arrive faulty or damaged. If you think this is the case please contact us as soon as you can at info@wildeandcub.com including a photograph of the damage. We will send you a replacement if available, otherwise a refund will be issued.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or colour, please return your original purchase following the information in our returns section above and then place a new order online.
