What is a Pre-order?
Pre-order means that you order and pay now, then receive your order in a few weeks.
When will I receive my Pre-order?
Current Pre-Order
(Updated 05/07/2021) - Bonjour Little - Orders will take up to 6 weeks to be delivered, from date of the order being placed.

If we have all of the items on your order ready at our warehouse before this date we will get it packaged up and sent out to you.
We aim to dispatch all items within 2 working days (excluding weekend and bank holidays) from receiving them in our warehouse. Please note that on rare occasions during peak times this may need to be extend.
The Pre-order Process
This is how the pre-order process works:
- You order and pay now. Within a few minutes, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order will have the status Confirmed shown on your order status page.
- Once we have the products in stock at our distribution centre, we notify all pre-order customers via email that we have started preparing orders for shipping. At that moment, your order will still have the status Confirmed
- Finally, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a track & trace link. You then can follow your delivery via the courier website. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information on delivery times once dispatched. Your order will now have the status On it's way
We appreciate your patience throughout the pre-order phase. We know you are excited to receive your order so we will get it to you as soon as we possibly can!
*Please Note*
- It is not possible to get your order sooner.
- It is also not possible for us to know in advance which exact date your order will be shipped or delivered. As stated above, we will notify you as soon as your order is dispatched.
- The delivery time frame stated at checkout is referring to how long your order will take to be delivered once your order is dispatched NOT from when the order is placed.
- We cannot be held accountable for any delays with our carrier once an item is dispatched. Due to Covid-19 (and Brexit if shipping international) there may be some slight delays with your order reaching you. We cannot offer a refund or replacement until 4 weeks have passed since the dispatch date.
